Flux Service processes personal data only as needed to operate the platform: account access, enquiry routing, quote flow, safety handling, and payment/payout record linkage.

Categories of data

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, role, region
• Enquiry and job data: issue details, status timeline, quotes
• Comms data: support tickets and in-app communication metadata
• Payment references: transaction IDs and payout references from integrated payment processors
• Security logs: authentication and administrative audit events

Purposes

• Operate and secure accounts
• Process enquiries and route work to plumbers
• Support quote acceptance and job workflow
• Prevent fraud, misuse, and abuse
• Handle support, disputes, and compliance obligations

Sharing

Data is shared on a need-to-know basis with: assigned plumbers for job fulfillment, infrastructure providers, and payment processors supporting transaction flow.

Retention and deletion

Flux Service applies short retention for high-risk rich content and longer retention for minimal accounting/legal evidence records required for disputes and statutory obligations.
